This is a classic style of perc that will provide you with a smooth, cool hit. By vertically slicing the bulbous nature of the showerhead it allows the smoke to be cut into pieces and distributed evenly into the water to cool and then to you. Depending on the style of bottom you have, it could be a little chuggy in a beaker, but smoother in a can style.
